If you don’t see some of your Notion databases listed in inNotion’s data source selection screen, it’s due to a known bug in Notion’s September 2025 API update. This issue occasionally causes certain databases to disappear from the permission list.
To fix this:
- Manually search for each database you want to connect, and authorize them one by one.
- Avoid using the “Select all” option — it won’t work correctly in this case.
Notion is aware of the issue and should release a fix soon.
